Factor के लिये #JaiHind महँगाई भत्ता DA/DR Jan 2026 से... AICPIN में बड़ा उछाल... | #sainikwelfarenews Latest AICPI Update – November 2025 The AICPI for November 2025 has increased from 147.7 to 148.2, showing a monthly rise of 0.5 points. This rise confirms that inflationary pressure continues and directly affects DA calculation. Dearness Allowance Calculation (7th CPC) Based on the revised AICPI index: • DA has now reached 59.94%, which practically means 60% DA • Even if the index falls by 1–2 points, DA will still remain at 60% • DA will move to 61% only if AICPI crosses approx. 155.3 This confirms that January 2026 DA is almost certainly 60%, with very little probability of crossing 61% unless there is a sharp inflation spike in December data. Why 60% DA is Crucial for 8th CPC For the 8th Central Pay Commission, the most important base parameter is: Dearness Relief (DR) prevailing at the time of submission of the CPC report If DR remains at 60%, it will: • Cap the fitment factor • Result in a lower multiplication value • Cause an effective loss of around 0.1 in the fitment factor, compared to a scenario where DR touches 61% This single percentage point difference has a long-term impact on basic pay, pension, and future DA calculations for: • Central Government employees • Defence personnel • Ex-Servicemen & pensioners Clear Conclusion from Data ✔ DA at 60% is now almost confirmed ✔ Chances of DA touching 61% are low unless AICPI crosses 155+ ✔ Fitment factor for 8th CPC will be calculated assuming 60% DA ✔ Inflated claims of higher fitment factors on social media should be avoided Why This Video Matters – Finance Wale Mitra • Helps serving personnel & pensioners understand real DA position • Prevents misinformation around 8th CPC expectations • Allows employees & veterans to plan finances realistically • Explains how small index changes create big pay & pension impact At Finance Wale Mitra, we focus on data-backed analysis, official indices, and realistic expectations, not sensational headlines.
