The Shifting Tide quest requires pulling a lever in the central circular room, so the main focus is managing the patrols (sneak/avoid/attack as you like) and avoiding the grabber at the start. Now, the Grabber isn't so hard to avoid, it goes back and forward and you go one direction when it goes the opposite one. That said, Tac Cam in this map is very useful to be a step ahead and plan movements in the map, trying to avoid getting cornered or exposed to enemy fire.
