Welcome Back to another Celebrity Sweets! In Today's Video we Completed my Baking Basics Mini Series going back to Cake and Exploring 3 Cake Fillings! We've made Cake Previously on the Series (Recipe Below) and Today we are making fillings for those Cakes! The first filling we made was a Lemon Curd perfect for Filling Cakes...of course and other Sweets like Donuts! Then we made a Chocolate Ganache which is a lot easier than it sounds! Combining Chocolate and Cream we Stirred & Chilled to Prepare our Filling, the last filling we made was a Strawberry Fruit filling perfect for light and airy cakes like Angel Food or you can mix it with the Lemon Curd! This Filling is also a Great Base Recipe and Can be Replaced with other Fruits if you'd like.
