Chef at the Vatican for 7 years, creator of the special Fiducia menu for Pope Benedict XVI, teacher at the renowned Gambero Rosso Academy and captain of the national team of the Italian Professional Chefs Association APCI Chef Team. Luca Malacrida's experience extends from the kitchens of five-star hotels to the delicate field of chef à domicilio (private chef), cooking for celebrities in show business. Luca Malacrida was in Bulgaria for a special dinner dedicated to the crossover between gastronomy and fashion. It was part of the Week of Italian Cuisine held in November under the patronage of the Italian Cultural Institute with director Dr. Maria Mazza, with the support of the Italian Embassy, in collaboration with the Academy of Italian Cuisine, founded by Pepi Nesheva, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.
