Pancreas: Anatomy & Embryology* *Location:* Primarily Retroperitoneal, with the exception of the tail (Intraperitoneal). *Structure:* Parts (Head, Neck, Body, Tail, Uncinate Process) and key relations (e.g., Superior Mesenteric Artery, Duodenum, Spleen). *Endocrine Cells:* Review of Alpha (Glucagon), Beta (Insulin), Delta (Somatostatin), and F cells (Pancreatic Polypeptide). *Embryological Pathologies (High-Yield):* *Pancreas Divisum:* Failure of dorsal and ventral buds to merge. *Annular Pancreas:* Clockwise rotation leading to duodenal obstruction (GOO). *Idiopathic Pancreatitis:* Associated with a small dorsal pancreatic duct. *2.
