Each shape is supported and accessible, giving your body time to release without pushing or forcing. The final portion of class transitions into an extended restorative relaxation and guided meditation centered on: ✨ Gratitude ✨ Metta (loving-kindness) ✨ Softening toward yourself ✨ Extending compassion outward You don’t have to hold it all here.
