This bedtime Yoga routine is designed to calm your central nervous system and relax your body for a restful night's sleep. We will work through 5 gentle stretches and breathing techniques followed by a legs-up-the-wall shavasana to help you fall asleep. All levels are encouraged to participate in these 10 minutes on the mat. Always listen to your body. Only go as deep into a posture as feels comfortable for you.
