#theraband #therabandlowerbody #vanessabhealth This short workout is super effective to tone, strengthen and shape your thighs, inner thighs, outer thighs, calf muscles and glutes / butt muscles. You do not even have to get down on the floor for this routine. In 10 minutes you will feel a nice workout happening through your lower body. The great thing about using the theraband for resistance is that you will gain strength, tone and shape but not bulky muscles. Get a medium resistance theraband for this one, but i you are new to using bands and doing isolated work like this, then use a lighter band. This routine can also be done without any band if that works better for you! Would love your feedback on this, post how you go with it below!
