Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour 2oz/60 ml Bourbon 1 oz/30 ml Lemon Juice .5 oz/15 ml Maple Syrup 1 Pinch of Cinnamon 1 Egg white (optional) Method 1. Add all ingredients into shaker tin. 2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. 3. Strain and shake without ice for 10-15 seconds. 4. Pour into rocks glass with fresh ice. 5. Garnish with a Slice of Lemon and 1 Cinnamon Stick.
