Microwave Steamed Fish in a Bengali Mustard Sauce recipe is fast and easy to cook and best part is, you don’t need any stovetop. All you need is a good mixer or food processor, a strainer, a microwave safe container and a good working microwave oven. This recipe is excellent for lunch, served with steaming white rice and also attractive in appearance; if well made, the Bengali Mustard Sauce Fish Curry will be very brightly colored. Gas Stove Method :- 1. Take a small steel tiffin box...place the marinated fish in it...spread remaining paste on fish..cover with lid. Pour mustard oil on top. 2. Take a pressure cooker...place ring in the pressure cooker. 3. Pour 3 cups of water into the cooker and place the pan with the fish on the ring. Cover with lid and steam the fish for eight to ten minutes (do not put weight) Microwave Safety Measures :- 1. Find a microwave-safe dish or plate for cooking. Spread the food out in a single layer with the thickest part of the food facing away from the center of the dish. This will ensure even cooking time, because food around the outer edges will cook faster than food closer to the center. 2. Don’t microwave metal containers or utensils. 3. Once your food is cooked, close the microwave door and leave the food in there to rest. This will give the food time to complete the cooking process. 4.
