Strawberry Chocolate Bombs! A must try!!! 💪🤤 Made of choux pastry, filled with strawberry cream and chocolate on top! This recipe will give 8 big puffs :) Choux pastry: 100ml (1/3 cup) Milk 100ml (1/2 cup) Water 100g (1/2 cup) Butter 100g (3/4 cup) Flour 1g (1/4 tsp) Salt 3-4 Eggs (only add 4th egg when the batter is not too wet!) Filling: 500ml (2, 1/8 cups) Cream 60 (1/3 cup) Sugar only needed when cream comes without sugar! 150g (1/2 cup) Strawberry jelly Topping: +-450g (3 cups) Dark chocolate +-100g (1/2 cup) Ruby chocolate or other available Save some of your cream before adding strawberry jelly (to put on top) Few strawberries to decorate Process: -Preheat oven, 200C / 392F. -Add milk, water, butter and salt into a pan and make it boil slowly. -Make sure butter is melted before it starts to boil! -When boiling, remove from heat and flour all at once. -Keep stirring until no more flour visible. -Start heating again on low fire for around 3 minutes. -Put batter into another (cold) bowl and let cool down for few minutes. -Add eggs, not all at once! let absorb before adding next one. -Put batter into piping bag and divide into puffs. Bake on 200C / 392F for + 30 minutes, do not open oven until fully baked!! they will collapse.. -After baking let cooldown. -Prepare cream, save some for decoration at the end.. then add strawberry jelly. -Make hole at bottom of puff, put cream into piping bag and fill them. -Once filled, melt chocolate and dip puffs into chocolate. -Grate "ruby" or other chocolate and decorate. -Decorate with cream and strawberry on top!
