For the cream: 500 g cream cheese (well chilled) (17.6 ounces). 140 g powdered sugar (1 cup). 2 tablespoons instant coffee (2 tablespoons). 40 ml rum (or vodka, cognac, whiskey) (1.35 ounces). 300 g heavy cream (well chilled, 33-40% fat) (1 ¼ cups). For decoration: 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (2 tablespoons). 100-120 g walnuts (pre-toasted and chopped) (¾ - 1 cup).
