The session was facilitated by Callum van Dyk, who was joined by some fantastic speakers. Callum van Dyk recently has joined the Trainee Occupational Psychologist programme at the at the Ministry of Justice UK. He obtained an MSc Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield. During his MSc, Callum proactively developed his network and spent the year connecting with and meeting multiple psychologists to hear their stories. Jessica Hanwell who works as Digital L&D Coordinator at ENGIE. She graduated with MSc Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield. Despite securing multiple job roles that were not L&D-focused, Jess persevered to break into the field of L&D and finally obtained her role at ENGIE. Francesca Wilkinson, is currently a Junior Account Executive at Lane4, Francesca graduated with an MSc Organisational Psychology from City, University of London. She has spent three years travelling and working around the work before embarking on her MSc. Frederike Otter-Sharp is currently a Graduate Assessment Consultant at Cappfinity. She graduated from the University of Leeds with and MSc in Organisational Psychology. Her main interests are how employee strengths can be leveraged to achieve better performance and engagement in the workplace.
