Police vehicle on streets STORYLINE: The presidents of Croatia and Yugoslavia arrived in Sarajevo on Monday to participate in a historic summit with Bosnia aimed at improving economic and political relations between the three countries. It's the first time the heads of state have met since the wars of 1990s. Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica, his Croatian counterpart Stjepan Mesic and Bosnia's three-man inter-ethnic presidency are expected to sign joint declaration agreeing to cut barriers to free trade and movement, and cooperate better against organised crime. The meeting is also aimed at healing past wounds. Relations between the main protagonists of the Balkan wars have improved since Milosevic was ousted from power, but hatreds and unresolved issues still remain. The leaders are scheduled to issue a joint declaration later on Monday.
