Both officials strongly voiced their opposition against the targeting of Jordanian territory and other Arab countries by Iranian missiles, calling them "unacceptable actions". After the initial strikes, Iran immediately launched missiles and drones toward Israel and into Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar. Several projectiles were seen being intercepted in the skies of Amman on Saturday night. Al-Momani added that Jordan had activated its emergency plans in the energy, tourism, and transportation sectors. He added that gas supplies to Jordan had been halted due to the ongoing crisis.
