Camping & hiking up my favourite mountain in the Eastern Fells of the English Lake District

It was marvellous to be back in The Lakes! However, I didn't get around to doing everything I'd wanted or both of us wanted, which all stems from me sleeping in bed for 2 hours longer than planned on Saturday morning. It sadly meant we didn't have the time to complete the full hike we'd planned. They are all mountains I've climbed before, some many times, but not with the GoPro. Though at least we made it to my favourite mountain in the Eastern Fells. Watch to find out which mountain it is... I also didn't do half as much paddleboarding as I'd wanted, & the paddleboarding I did do, well sadly I hadn't got the GoPro with me. Luckily Matt caught enough footage with the phone from the shores to make a short thats already out. Due to the lack of paddleboarding, I'm making August my paddleboarding month! As well as more backpacks & hikes in various places, but paddleboarding is definitely going to feature a few times!! I also apologise for not even turning the GoPro on until 6pm on the first day. But what I can promise, is, I'll soon be back only next time I'll be returning to Eskdale, or more importantly, Upper Eskdale, the crater of an ancient volcano, surrounded by the highest mountains in England.
