If you choose to see life like a dream, your perspective on your problems is going to change. You're going to start liking them rather than despising them. Why ? If reality is this hard uncontrollable, random thing outside of you, it can crush you anytime. And your problems are just walls between you and what you want, between you adn happiness. But if life is a dream, your character's problem come from your own mind, from the dreamer's mind. So, if you change inside, your problems disappear. That's how it works in a dream. Also, if life is a dream, it is safe and there are no rules apart from you. So whatever problem you have won't matter, because you can achieve what you want when you want it.
