Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids serves:4-6 Recipe in English Ingredients: Prepare Caramel Sauce: -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup -Makhan (Butter) unsalted 60g -Cream 120ml -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch -Vanilla essence ½ tsp -Digestive biscuits 160g -Candyland Paradise Chocolate 3-4 bars -Whipping cream 250ml -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Sugar powder ¼ Cup -Cream cheese 150g Assembling -Whipped cream -Caramel sauce -Digestive Biscuits crushed -Candyland Paradise chocolate Direction: Prepare Caramel Sauce: -In a pan add caster sugar, cook on low flame until sugar caramelizes. -Add butter, mix well & let it melt. Turn off the flame. -Add cream, pink salt, vanilla essence, turn the flame on low, whisk until well combined. Caramel Sauce is ready! Set aside. -In a chopper, add digestive biscuits, chop well & set aside Prepare Paradise Cream Layer: -Cut chocolate into small pieces. -In a bowl, add whipping cream, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. -Add vanilla essence, sugar powder, cream cheese, beat for 3-4 minutes or until soft peaks forms. -Add chocolate chunks & mix well, paradise frosting is ready, set aside. Assembling: -In a serving bowl, make layer of chopped biscuits, caramel sauce, banana slices, paradise frosting, chopped biscuits, caramel sauce, banana slices, paradise frosting. -Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, biscuit crumbs, paradise chocolate & serve!
