In this video we walk through the OEM steps to change the transmission fluid on a 2011-2020 Chrysler Town and Country & Dodge Caravan with a 62TE transmission. We show how to drain the transmission fluid and not make a mess so we can ensure we put the right amount of fluid back into the transmission. In addition, we talk about the importance of making sure you are using approved Mopar ATF+4 fluid vs recommended ATF fluid and show how to check the transmission fluid. This process is the same for various other Chrysler/Dodge vehicles with the 3.6 engine/62TE transmission including: Dodge Caravan, Journey, Avenger, and Chrysler 200.
