I started my health and fitness journey later in life at the age of 26 and weighing a tiny 35kg/77lbs. My journey to getting strong and healthy is not your typical weight loss story. I wasn't sporty, I was terrified of the gym and if you had told me that I would end up gaining 15kg of muscle and jumping on stage as a bikini fitness model - I would have laughed.... HARD. But truly, anything is possible if you believe you can. It's never too late to start and you're never too old to get the body and health of your dreams... I am living proof!
