🥰 Chicken Donuts are a super popular iftar snack during Ramzan as well as on other occasion’s that’s crispy outside, juicy inside, and perfect with green chutney /ketchup / mayonnaise 🍽️✨ ••Here’s a detailed, foolproof recipe for you. 🥣 Ingredients For the chicken mixture: 500g boneless chicken (boiled & shredded or minced) 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 small onion (very finely chopped) 1-2 small size bell peppers (finely chopped ) 2 green chilies (finely chopped) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp chat masala powder 1 tsp oregano & chilli flakes Salt to taste 2 tbsp breadcrumbs And mozzarella cheese (depends on you how cheesy you want) ••For coating: 1 egg (beaten) 1 cup breadcrumbs Oil for deep frying ❄️ Freezing Tip (Ramzan Prep Hack!) You can: Shape and coat the donuts. Freeze on a tray.
