In this week's tutorial, I'm going to show you how to easily make the Kanan Jarrus lightsaber from Star Wars Rebels with a little cardboard and craft foam. As lightsabers go, this is a pretty quick and easy one to make since there aren't a lot of small details on it. I do have a template listed below for some of the more awkward pieces, but you may need to adjust them, depending on the diameter of your cardboard tube. (The diameter of mine was about an inch and a half). I skipped the ring on the end of the saber, but you can easily add one by simply gluing an extra piece of craft foam on the end, over the D-ring.
