🐼 On this trip, we drive on the Kangda Road, which has been rated as one of China's “Top Ten Most Beautiful Rural Roads”, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Taihang Mountains canyons together. We leave early in the morning and return in the evening, enjoying the different scenery of the Taihang Mountains from both directions. Hope you enjoy it. ▶ Kangda Road, located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is 48 kilometers long, starting from Huangdian Village in the east and ending at the town of Pulashui in the west. Famous for its scenery, the route unfurls like a living scroll of “red valleys and green gorges,” linking nine major scenic areas along the way—from jagged ridges to murmuring streams. Jiangshui, at the western end, is one of China’s top apple-growing regions. Since the highway opened, premium fruit once trapped deep in the mountains now rolls smoothly into city markets. During construction the local government stuck to a “no houses demolished, no land expropriated, no trees felled” policy. The goal was simple: give mountain villagers a safer way out and a better way in.
