Dessert Name: White Chocolate Fudge Here for the viewers today is a very simple yet delicious White Fudge loaded with pecans! This fudge isn’t like many others. It is a less rich style fudge that you just can’t stop reaching for a piece. It only consists of 2 ingredients and then a nut of your choice, or just leave the nuts out of it! It is a must try, and it is so easy, it is about impossible to mess up! Dessert Ingredients: 32 oz. White Chocolate Chips 1 (8 oz.) Block Cream Cheese 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans or other nuts Dessert Instructions: -Before we start, get a dish and line with greased foil or parchment paper. Set it aside -Start by chopping the Nuts of your choice, Then set aside. -Now, place the Block of Cream Cheese into a mixing bowl. -Mix the cream cheese until it is very creamy. -Scrape sides of mixing bowl, and pile cream cheese in a mound in the center of the bowl. Then set aside. -Now, we will be melting the White Chocolate Chips. You can do this a few different ways, just keep in mind that chocolate burns easy. I like using a double boiler, or a soften/melting mode on microwaves. Melt the chocolate until it is very runny with no hard lumps. -Pour the melted White Chocolate into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese mixture in the mixing bowl. -Mix for 7 minutes. While mixing, stop at least once and very quickly scrape sides of bowl. -After a full 7 minutes of mixing, add your nuts and continue mixing until they are mixed in well. -Scoop mixture into the pre lined dish. Spread out evenly. -Place in Fridge and let it set for 3-4 hours. -Place Fudge Slab on Cutting board and slice into squares.
