After a wonderful time in Uruguay, I crossed into Argentina by ferry from Colonia. The journey took around two hours. For my motorcycle, I needed to obtain the TIP (Temporary Import Permit) on the Argentina side, but the immigration process was completed on the Uruguay side. Once I arrived in Buenos Aires, I got the motorcycle permit and booked an Airbnb in a nearby city, La Plata, which is the capital of the province. I took a bus to the city center and went on a city tour. The experience was wonderful, and the city is truly beautiful. My next plan is to ride toward Ushuaia, which is more than 3,000 km away.
