Welcome to my second last hike to travel the Bruce Trail in Hamilton! This 6km (3.6 mile) hike started at the Borer's Falls Dog Park outside of Dundas, veered through Flamborough and ended at the Rockcliffe Side Trail in Waterdown. This particular hiking day was probably the last warmish autumn day of the season in late November 2025. On the trail, I came across a skateboarding park in the middle of a forest, as well as the ruins of an unknown building. At times this section can be pretty loud with traffic sounds, especially around when the trail crosses Highway 6. But the beginning and end of this hike were both quite peaceful and gorgeous sections of the trail! Dundas, Flamborough and Waterdown are car-centric communities, so public transit is infrequent and there aren't many routes. There is technically public transit that would have taken me between the beginning and end of this hike, but since it would have taken me hours to take the bus, I opted to park at the end of the hike and take a cab to the trailhead at the beginning.
