Gobhi ko mash karein aur isme pyaz, adrak, hari mirch, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, aur garam masala powder milaayein. 2. Aate ko paani se goonth lein aur isme namak, baking powder, aur ghee milaayein. 3. Aate ko 2-3 bhagon mein baant lein aur ek bhag ko belkar ek paratha banaayein. 4.
