Over the year's I've had many premed students ask me whether or not they should be taking a prep course to study for the MCAT (medical college admissions test). For those that are new, the MCAT is one of the most important factors used to determine whether or not you get into medical school and the months that you spend studying for the exam can end up making it or breaking it for you in terms of being successful. So here's the thing, many students definitely CAN and WILL do well on the MCAT without a prep course, and if you're one of those students, just remember that no matter what, the only way to be successful on this thing is to work incredibly hard. However, for anyone who is looking for a prep course, Prep 101 is my absolute favorite and is has been helpful for a few students that I spoke with at this point.
