In this video, I'm cooking hungry (yep, that's my secret ingredient 😉), showing you how the flatbreads puff up like balloons, and sharing my favorite way to eat pizza — with a glass of milk or orange juice. INGREDIENTS: For flatbreads: All-purpose flour — 350 g (about 2 ¾ cups) Hot water — 200 ml (about ¾ cup + 1 tbsp) Salt — 1 tsp Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp For mini pizzas: Pizza sauce (Italian-style) Salami Mozzarella cheese Dried basil Parmesan cheese (optional) For the side salad (optional): Cucumber Tomatoes INSTRUCTIONS: Mix flour with salted water and oil. Knead the dough (takes only 1 minute!). Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Divide into 8 pieces, roll into balls, rest for 10 minutes covered with plastic wrap. Roll out each flatbread (about 6 inches / 15 cm in diameter). Cook on a dry skillet until puffed and golden on both sides. Turn flatbreads into pizzas: sauce, salami, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan. Bake for 5 minutes at 250°C (around 480°F) or until bubbly and crispy.
