Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1 tablespoon of cold water to the minced meat - mix thoroughly. Cut a small piece from the whole dough and roll it into a "sausage".Cut the "sausage" into small pieces and roll them into circles. Make dumplings as in the video. Salt the water (1 teaspoon), add bay leaf, bring to a boil and immerse the dumplings in the water. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
