Today's video is another collaboration, filmed and produced, by both of us. 🤗 We fell in love with frozen croissant dough at a time when it was very popular and ripe. We ate it often, gave it to my friends who hadn't tasted it, and praised it. One day, we came up with the idea that we could make other breads if we had this croissant dough. We made four different types of breads with the croissant dough. 🍩 Fresh cream and red bean donut 🥖 Donut Twist 🍕 Sausage Pizza Bread 🌭 Cheese Hotdog These tips apply regardless of the menu. 📝 📍 Although its not always explained in the video, sprinkle flour on the counter top to keep the dough from sticking. 📍 Please note that the oven performance varies from house to house. Its usually 325-350 F (180-190C). Cook till golden brown! 📍Place the frozen dough in the fridge the night before to defrost. Or you can leave it out at room temperature for 15 minutes and it will be defrosted. We put in a simple recipe for each dish but if you need more detail, please reach out to us.
