For the record, my submission, "Parrot Top," did not make it in here. Anyway, here are some more highly amusing entries. 1. "Monster fuze" from TYLER: Either there are a lot of Tylers designing microgames, or these Tylers are just so good at it I keep seeing them win the Design Challenges. Anyway, for this one, you're given a fusion of two monsters, and you need to pick the two they were supposed to come from. The color blind may have a disadvantage here. 2. "Elephy" from Man & Lad: It turns out that you're supposed to click on the space between the moving walls to stop them, not the walls themselves. 3. "Bee-Nappers" from Nin10kid: Don't let the last bee take you by surprise. I noticed it always comes in from the right. Impressive use of scaling to show the flowers at the bottom moving. 4. "FAR VILLAGE" from Corey: What you're supposed to do here is pretty clear. What isn't clear is what this has to do with whatever that "Far Village" is. 5. "HOP!" from Orange: The odd movements of the fish make this one tougher than it looks. 6. "Freak Mixer" from Kevin: Here's the opposite of "Monster fuze." You're given instructions, and you need to select the two animals. I'm pretty impressed with the number of combinations, as each of them yields a different, unique picture. 7. "Dark Light" from Jared: People are really into that whole tennis bit with Phantom Ganon in Ocarina of Time. This could've easily been an actual tennis microgame, but hey, this was an interesting one at least. 8. "Bug Swarm" from Julian: There are always 3 bugs here. 9. "Fireflies" from Wisty: There are a lot of problems with this one, to be honest. I would've liked it better if you only had to catch one firefly, but you need to catch all four to win. However, they're tiny and can easily be missed even on the DS. They also appear and disappear while moving erratically, and you can't click on something invisible. 10. "Feed'n Weeds" from Mark: It's actually pretty difficult to gauge where the fly has to be to react. I sometimes do it a bit too early, which apparently doesn't count as the microgame being won. This is what happened on my first attempt. 11. "Mecharate" from Mr. DNA: This one actually isn't that good to play on a shuffler since it requires you to life the robot's arm and bring it down almost immediately. Otherwise, the hand will miss the centipede. 12. "Roll Call" from Darryl: Like with "Bug Swarm," the number is fixed. There are always 4 sheep, and the choice is always on the left. 13. "Space Cow" from cravipat: The concept is simple. You just click anywhere to get the cow to jump over the moon. What I like, though is the presentation. 14. "Feed a litty" from Cary: Sometimes, I purposely lose this microgame to see the cat getting really fat. By the way, I'll bet Nintendo slightly tweaked the song here so as not to get angry letters from the Meow Mix lawyers. 15. "Cave Crasher" from 123James: It's too bad there's no way to implement better controls, or else this would've been a pretty mice mcirogame to play. Instead, I often misclick when I'm concentrating on where the stalactites would fall. 16. "Warwelph" from Colin: Nice timing, I guess--Eclipse is the big thing right now in the theaters. Well, next to Toy Story 3, that is.
