Simple, incredibly delicious, and easy to make at home! 😋 Try this tender cake with caramel, peanuts, and chocolate glaze – a real homemade dessert that will impress everyone! ⸻ 📝 Ingredients (20 cm pan) Sponge Cake: • Eggs – 3 pcs • Sugar – 80 g • Flour – 80 g • Cocoa powder – 20 g • Milk – 50 ml • Vegetable oil – 30 ml • Baking powder – 1 tsp • Salt – a pinch Caramel (can be replaced with dulce de leche): • Heavy cream (33%) – 150 ml • Sugar – 150 g • Butter – 30 g • Salt – a pinch • Peanuts – 100 g Cream: • Cream cheese – 400 g • Heavy cream (33%) – 150 ml • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp • Powdered sugar – 25 g Chocolate Glaze: • Chocolate – 130 g • Heavy cream (33%) – 50 ml • Peanuts – 40 g ⸻ 🍰 Preparation 1. Sponge Cake Beat eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy (10–15 minutes). Add oil and milk. Sift in flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then fold into the batter. Bake in a 20 cm pan at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes. 2. Caramel Melt sugar until golden amber, add cream, butter, and a pinch of salt. Stir in peanuts. 3. Cream Whip cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. 4. Chocolate Glaze Melt chocolate with cream, add chopped peanuts. 5. Assembling the Cake Slice sponge layers, spread with cream, add caramel, then more cream, and cover with chocolate glaze.
