If you want to learn more about the steps leading you to the press-handstand, start with my free The ultimate guide to learning how to press handstand. Learn how to float without kick-up and hold it for a longer time. These drills are perfect for anyone whether you're a beginner or have been doing handstands for a long time. Toe Tap Drills -Progressive : Drill 1: Wrist Toe Tap - One leg at a time Tap the highest point at your best Lean forward / Gaze between both wrists Palms pressing against the ground / Press bottom of palms and the first knuckles firmly Lock elbows extermanl rotation / Elbows facing forward Drill - Wrist Toe Tap - one foot after the other Lean strongly forward with locked elbows Press tall through shoulder girdle / Tap the highest point at your best Inhale as you hover / Index fingers pointing straight forward Both thighs touching torso / Press the thighs towards the lower rib cage Keep your neck long / Press your forehead towards the ground One big inhale until you hover / Inhale up, exhale down Breath through the nose / Expand lower rib cage and tuck tailbone in Drill 3: Wrist Toe Tap - both feet to hover Tap the highest point at your best Inhale lean forward / Both wrists squeezing toward each other As you up in the air, Hold! Inhale through the nose / Gaze between the wrists Elbows facing forward and locked / Keep your neck long Drill 4: Wrist Toe Tap - Hop - Tap Wrist - Jump back Tap the highest point at your best Hips over the wirsts Shoulders passing over the wrists Drill 5: Wrist Toe Tap - Hop - Tap Wrist / Land softly Negative Press Keep hips high / Both thighs close to the chests Inhale as you hop / Lean forward, Press the palms into the ground Push tall through shoulder girdle / Keep the neck long Jump upward / Arch your lower back at the top Both thighs towards the torso Again, rotate the shoulder externally Try to land between the wrists / Hold as long as you can Drill 6: Wrist Toe Tap - Hop - Tap Wrist - Tuck Hover + Hold + Bend legs Hold +Bend Legs Point your toes towards the sit bones I recommend adding them to your handstands routine. ► ► ►My Blog post about "The Float" to Press Handstand ➡️ https://aaiiaa.com/how-to-press-hands... 👍 Have you liked this video? 🔔 Subscribe for more like this This is my first video on YouTube.
