Ingredients: 1/2 cup canned chickpeas salt and pepper 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp white sesame seeds 1 tbsp nori 1 tbsp minced onion 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp tahini 4 slices tomato 1 leaf romaine 4 slices of bread for sandwich Directions: 1. Mash and combine all of the ingredients (minus the tomato, lettuce and bread) 2. Once the chickpea mixture is mashed well, it should resemble a flaky tuna texture 3.
