Video from: 2019 Blade configuration timestamps: 4 blades: 0:00 5 blades: 6:47 This video is about the 42" Casablanca Panama 5 Ceiling Fan in Snow White. This fan was made on February 14, 1991. Was the 363rd fan made on that day. I acquired this fan from Pacific Ceiling Fans in September of 2017. It has gone through a lot of changes over the years. At first, it originally had a 140x38mm Samsung K55 motor with bad bearings and a dead InteliTouch board, so it was converted to single speed as I don't want to run the risk of damaging the board. The motor was later swapped with a 140x25mm Emerson K55 motor I serviced from a customer's Panama 5 as the customer ordered a 140x28mm XLP2000 motor. It also later was reverted to InteliTouch. It went back to being single speed in July of 2019. The BFR was failing, so I replaced the BFR. It then went to ComfortTouch in May of 2020 when I was reverting my Bright Brass/Bright Copper Mercury to 3 speed (the ComfortTouch is now on the Four Seasons). It went back to InteliTouch in January of 2021 using an RMM3 board. It was originally parted out for a short period of time in July of 2021 for the RMM3 board to be used on my 1988 Black Chrome/Chrome Saturn. Then I put it back together as a single speed fan. All the original guts are now used for the 1992 Snow White/Bright Brass Saturn as I planned to install the Saturn in my parents' bedroom to make it easier for my dad to use since he doesn't know a lot about using the InteliTouch control. Unfortunately, the 5th blade arm broke on its own as the metal was getting brittle and turned into powder when I was going to do the 4 blade configuration in the original InteliTouch format video. Thankfully the 5 blade video for the original InteliTouch format was recorded before the 5th blade arm broke on its own. So I got a replacement set of 5 Panama II XTR blade arms from the fan installer. Since July of 2022, I had 2 Snow White/Bright Brass Saturns from the fan installer made in January of 1993 with replacement Snow White blade arms and B583 Snow White blades instead of the original Bright Brass blade arms and B593 Snow White Saturn blades. I recently bought a set of 5 B593G Snow White Saturn blades with Gold Pinstripes that has Bright Brass blade arms for one of my 1993 Snow White/Bright Brass Saturns even though they're not period-correct. The blade sets from one of my 1993 Saturn fans will now be permanent for this fan long-term. Designed by Warren E. Dennis
