Step-by-step – how I bait worms out of castings

I harvested some lovely castings from my outdoor Tumbleweed stacking worm farm, so now it's time to bait out the worms! My preferred container is a Starbucks cup, but anything will do (plastic, paper, cardboard). I get about three baiting uses out of a Starbucks cup before eventually I have to let the worms eat the cup (all about the plastic liner).  These castings are quite dense, which will make the baiting operation take longer. I haven't fed the worms for about four weeks, which should make them hungry and foraging for food though!
