He wrote it after collaborating with Htet Arkar and other local traditional musicians — inspired by their musical heritage, experiences and hopes during this current moment of crisis — to highlight our shared cultures, the urgent humanitarian situation in Myanmar, and the EU’s commitment to the people’s resilient response.
