I put Offroad ATV tires on my Ego Z6 52" Mower = Better Hill Climbing?

In this video I revisit my EGO 52" Z6 Riding zero turn mower. I had previously reviewed the mower last year and covered a number of things that I loved about it along with a couple of things that I didn't. As another year went by, the things I didn't like about it just became more frustrating and more noticeable, particularly how it struggled on my back hill. I spent a lot of time skidding and power sledding up and down my hill. I experimented with the settings on the mower including trying the different handling modes. The manual recommends "sport" mode for the best hill climbing ability but that wasn't my experience. I found I could typically run better in "Control" mode. But even with that, the significant grade and particularly unevenness of my back hill presented a huge challenge and a regular headache. I suspected the biggest problem with the Z6 were the tires. The stock tires are definitely a turf saver design which is designed to be gentle on your lawn. Typically, that's a good thing. When you have a hilly and uneven surfaces though, it can be a less than good thing. I was frequently not getting traction with the stock tires when I needed good grip. I started scouring Amazon and finally found some of the cheapest tires available with aggressive off road tread.
