Tideswell is a charming village located in the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire, England. It sits between Buxton and Bakewell. Tideswell has medieval origins, first recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086, and historically grew as a lead-mining and agricultural settlement. We visit the Church of St John the Baptist, often called the "Cathedral of the Peak" due to its impressive architecture.
