Now for example if one needs to become a great engineer, say for example there is an engineering college and there are many many students that graduate every year from that college but not all of them become a great engineer, there are a lot of factors that come into play for this, like one’s own interest and passion into engineering, their aptitude their interests, their attitude. So whatever, an engineering institute can do and provide for a student is being done by that institute, however, now it is upto the physical and mental capabilities of a student to see what is the most he/she can make out this educational institution. A student might need to enhance their capabilities, like physical, mental, emotional capabilities etc etc to become a better engineer. So one thing we can make it really clear here that acquiring a degree alone is not going to give anyone the edge to be better and far more competent engineer. One would need to constantly use their brains to keep becoming better and better at it. As it happens a lot when more and more degrees people acquire then those people freeze their brains for the rest of their lives and they think that they are not going to need to use their brains so intensely again as they used while studying for their engineering degree. These educational institutions are very organised for the main purpose of improving the competence of their students. That is how the schools, the colleges, the universities have been organised mainly to ensure the competence of their students goes up. But in saying this, one needs to understand that the way these educational institutions are set up is to provide tools for improving competence is on a mass scale. It is important to note that it is upto an individual to ensure that they are functioning at the their peak level. Because if one is functioning at their best then no matter what they do they will automatically do it at their highest level.
