Grab a long resistance band (one light and one heavier, but the more the merrier) and a mat for this 45 minute upper body and core strength workout. You will need to anchor your band around something sturdy and/or use the door attachment anchor that comes with most sets during blocks 3 and 4. We have five strength blocks today. The first two blocks are a ladder down rep count block and the last three are all timed at 60 seconds on, 15 seconds off. The first block is the most challenging block (GO LIGHT WITH THE BAND SELECTION!), so once we get past that one it's smooth sailing from there : ) I start with a lighter band and up the band resistance once we hit block 4. Find a tempo that you can maintain while maintaining great form. You do not have to go at my speed, everyone is unique! There are a few built-in recoveries, but if you need more take it! Skip to 2:00 to bypass intro and begin workout.
