INGREDIENTS: 1kg pork meat 200 gms fermented bamboo shoot (soibum) 2 tsp finely chopped garlic 5 tsp finely chopped ginger 5-6 culantro leaves salt 2 tbs chilli powder 3 cup of water STEPS: 1. Place pork in a heavy-based pan over low heat without any water or oil 2. cook for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, till water from pork evaporates and it turns light brown. 3. Add bamboo shoot and 1 cup of water, and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Mix in garlic, ginger, salt, chilli powder and 2 cup of water and let it boil till the meat soften. 5.
