Guided Meditation for building empowered self-compassion This guided self-compassion meditation helps you reconnect with compassion as something steady, strong and empowering - not soft or indulgent. You’ll begin by settling the body and mind, then gently bringing awareness to a person, group, animal or situation where there is suffering. From there, you’ll explore what compassion feels like in the body — learning how to sit with thoughts and emotions, without getting pulled into them. The practice then guides you to turn this same compassionate energy inward, especially towards parts of yourself you tend to criticise or push. Rather than trying to “fix” anything, you’ll learn how compassion creates encouragement, resilience and quiet inner confidence.
