Spring white water kayaking on the Lepreau River, New Brunswick, Canada. Paddling in Dagger Nomad kayak and shot on the GoPro 10. The water was perfect for a day of rapid running. Didn't run the very scary looking Keyhole Falls, but it was amazing to see. Technical Specs are as follows: Season: During the Spring thaw or Summer and Fall with some heavy rainfall. Water was reading around 1.1 Meters on the Lepreau River Gauge. Difficulty: Mostly class II rapids with a couple class III's. Also has an large unrunable waterfall/drop. Put in: 45°12'32.6"N 66°28'20.3"W on the Seven Mile Lake Road Take out: 45°10'08.6"N 66°28'05.5"W on the Lepreau Village Road Length: 10.8 Kilometers Start Elevation: 57.4 Meters (188.2 Feet) Take out Elevation: 18.6 Meters (61 Feet) Gradient: 3.59 Meters per Kilometer Notes: Roadside put in and take out One large un runnable falls.
