A panel discussion between Stacey Smith (Auckland Council Libraries), Harley Couper (Tauranga City Libraries), and Rowan Miller (Hamilton City Libraries), hosted by NDF Board Member Valerie Love. As more and more of our collections are made accessible online, the way we respond to public engagement through these platforms has become increasingly important. How do different organisations handle these conversations, and what processes guide their decisions? Our presenters briefly introduce how they respond to requests at their organisations, then we move to questions. Session recorded on Wednesday 19 November, 2025.
