Fitting Cheap eBay Car Alarm to the BMW E30 | Project Monroe

Our beloved bmw e30 came without remote central locking which is a pain to say the least. Not to mention the passenger door lock doesn't work (another job), the driver's side is becoming awkward which just leaves the boot lock to unlock the car. So now you know the back story, we decided we had to act before we were locked out so we decided to get a car alarm with remote central locking. There were a couple dozen options and quotes ranges from reasonable to crazy prices to install the darn things which is why we resorted to eBay to answer our questions. We decided on a £30 or just under to fit into the e30 and this video is to show how it's done (how we did it anyway). DISCLAIMER: It's probably worth mentioning that we aren't professionals so if you are worried or your insurance company prefers a 'proper' alarm get someone else to do it.
