Cook on medium-high heat 8–10 minutes per side until caramelized and fully cooked. ⸻ 🍚 Saffron Rice Ingredients: • 1 tsp oil • 1 tsp ghee • 1 cup washed basmati rice • 1½ cups water or chicken broth • 2 tbsp saffron water • Salt to taste Bring to boil → cover → simmer 15 minutes → rest covered 10 minutes → fluff and serve. ⸻ 🥣 Garlic Tahini Yogurt Sauce • 3 tbsp yogurt • 1 tsp garlic paste • 2 tbsp tahini paste • Salt to taste • 1 tsp lemon juice Whisk until smooth and creamy. ⸻ 🥗 Fresh Salad • ½ cup cucumber • ½ cup cherry tomatoes • ¼ cup chopped onion • Fresh cilantro • Olive oil • Salt & black pepper • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1 tsp red chilli powder or sumac Mix gently and set aside. ⸻ 🥣 Assemble Your Bowl Layer saffron rice, top with juicy harissa honey chicken, add fresh salad, and drizzle generously with garlic tahini sauce. Garnish with cilantro or chili flakes if desired.
