الحلقة الرابعة بعنوان " المتحف المصري الكبير " من سلسلة سنوات الفن والثقافة " الجزء الثاني التي يشارك من خلالها الفنان فاروق حسني ذكرياته أثناء فترة توليه وزارة الثقافة والآثار حول فكرة وبداية المتحف المصرى الكبير ومدي احتياج آثار مصر العظيمة لهذا الصرح الكبير وكذلك المصدافة التي دعته لبدء السير في اتجاه بناء المتحف الكبير على الرغم من وجود متحف التحرير مع عرض لذكريات اختيار المكان والمراحل التي مر بها المتحف من دراسة للجدوى ومسابقة لاختيار التصميم والدعم الذي حصل عليه المشروع وكذلك ظروف ومراحل البناء ماقبل ٢٠١١ وايضا بعض التفاصيل الهامة الاخري مثل نقل تمثال رمسيس وعرضه داخل المتحف، حلم الفنان والوزير فاروق حسني الذي أصبح واقعا معبرا عن حبه وتقديره لبلده العزيز مصر و ايمانه بحضارتها العظيمة. The fourth episode, titled “The Grand Egyptian Museum,” from the second season of the series “Years of Art and Culture,” features Artist Farouk Hosny sharing his memories from his tenure as Minister of Culture and Antiquities. In this episode, he speaks about the idea and beginnings of the Grand Egyptian Museum, and about how Egypt’s great antiquities required the establishment of such a grand edifice. He also recounts the coincidence that led him to start moving in the direction of building the Grand Museum, despite the presence of the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. He recalls his memories of selecting the location and the stages the museum went through, from feasibility studies to the competition for choosing the design, as well as the support the project received and the circumstances and construction phases prior to 2011. The episode also touches upon other important details, such as the transfer of the statue of Ramses II and its display inside the museum. It is the dream of the artist and minister Farouk Hosny that became a reality, expressing his love and appreciation for his beloved country, Egypt, and his faith in its great civilization. #Farouk_Hosny #فاروق_حسني
