It is generally said that Maggi has low nutritional value. But can you live without it? At sometime, we really need something very quick and delicious incorporating health factor in it. So, today i am creating a healthy version of maggi add believe me, this good old maggi will taste super scrumptious. Healthy Maggi is called so because of two reasons: 1. It has a lot of veggies I have added a lot of veggies like onions, mix bell peppers, carrots, peas, broccoli which help to add the goodness factor in maggi. 2. By boiling maggi noodles separately Maggi is prepared by deep frying into oil and there are so many preservatives and chemicals added so that it can last long and retain the crunch. Boiling maggi separately in a pan helps to reduce the excess oil which is used to prepare and process these crunchy noodles. Therefore, its healthier to discard the water. Ingredients: 1 tbsp avocado oil/ canola oil 1/2 cup sliced onions 1/3 cup frozen peas 1/2 carrot sliced 1/2 cup mix bell peppers 5-6 broccoli heads halves 3 mushrooms sliced 1 maggi 1 Maggi masala pouch 1/3 tsp salt 1/3 tsp red chilli powder 2 cups water Follow the steps in recipe video to make a healthier version of maggi for you.
